We are just about to plunge into the homestudy for a domestic adoption. I am new to fertilethoughts (just signed up tonight). So I thought that I would see if anyone else is at this point that we could perhaps pick up as "adoption buddies".After 3 years of infertility treatment, we have decided that God has chosen the path of adoption for us. We have been approved by the agency and have paid the 1st installment.
We have to read 1 of the 4 recommended books, which we will hopefully be finishing up 2 of them tomorrow. And we have a call into our social worker who returns to the office on Tuesday. So hopefully we will be meeting with her in the next couple of weeks.
So if anyone out there needs a friend, let me know.
