    I'm new - an introduction!

    Hello there.

I'm new to this bb but not to FT. After many failed IVF's & even failed DE, not to mention going through a molar pg (natural conception), our arms, hearts & home are ready for adoption.

We have had our homestudy done for over a year now & have our names with 2 social workers & a licensee lawyer in Ontario. We've had a few calls but unfortunately, none have worked out.

So we are in the waiting stages & pray we have a sweet baby in our arms in the near future.

I'd love to correspond with you ladies. FT is so wonderful for support. I wish you all well with your adoption journey!

    Take care,
    Lexi

So sorry to hear about everything you've been through to get here. Welcome to this side of FT, Lexi! There are amazing ladies over here as well. Looks like you've done a good portion of your legwork already. I hope your wait is short and sweet!

Sorry for your difficult journey to be a mom. Adoption sometimes takes a while, but in the end you will be a parent. Welcome and I hope you are soon joining us on the parenting after adoption bb.

    Lexi,

Welcome to the adoption boards. I can relate to the long road you took to get here, it took us 8 years! Hopefully you will have your baby in your arms soon. Best of luck.
