All applique panels finished!!
Well I have finished all the applique panels for my quilt.
This is how the colours will be laid out.
I used blue to anchor the corners and use the coral ones around the centre one.I put the 2 greens on the edge and I used a single shade of blue for the centre one and placed it square on the background fabric.not sure about the placement of which WAY the butterflies will fly.....any suggestions?

and of course the cat had to get in on the act.LOL

Very nice!! I have no suggestions as to how you should lay them out because the only thing that comes to mind is the obvious one (alternate direction per row..), but I really like the butterflies!

What are you going to do with the quilt when you are done? Will it go to Etsy?

Since the middle one is squared, how about having all the butterflies flying away off the quilt?
