    1. How big are they now? Sofia is 37.5 inches and 33lbs Alex is 40 inches and 39lbs

    2. What size clothes are they wearing? Sofia is in 3T pants and 4T tops. Alex is in 4T everything.

    3. Potty trained? Day/Night both? Both, they decided right after their birthday they were ready and haven't looked back since.

    4. Favorite thing about this age? I love some of the things they say now. They are really little people. Just funny. Their new thing right now is You are kidding me? Or I'm just kidding...lol It is so funny to hear it.

    5. Least favorite thing about this age? The attitude, the moodiness. I think 3 is so much worse than 2 where that is concerned. Who ever coined the term terrible twos did not have a three year old...lol

    Great idea!

    1. How big are they now? Eden has her 3 yr appointment on 12/17 so no precise info but I think she is about 28-30 pounds and 37+ inches tall.

    2. What size clothes are they wearing? Some 2T some 3T. Size 9 shoes

    3. Potty trained? Day/Night both? Day trained. Not so much at night- she is dry maybe once a week. Praying she night trains easier than my first did (at 6!)

    4. Favorite thing about this age? The constant learning and new phrases (its funny Liz but Eden started with "Are you KIDDING me?" this week too). She has so much fun pretending and entertaining herself- its fun to watch. I also love that she is still little enough to want lots of hugs and cuddles- that doesnt last forever.

    5. Least favorite thing about this age? Eden is relatively easy. . . so far. Our biggest problem is the bickering between her and her sister. Savannah instigates it, but Eden is a quick learner and can argue with the best of them. We'll see how three is....I totally agree Liz- three was way worse than two for us with our first, and it started the day she turned three. I'm hoping for better luck this time around!

    1. How big are they now? Kiera's 3y checkup is tomorrow...but I am guessing ~30 lbs and 36-37 inches

    2. What size clothes are they wearing? If it's an outfit...3T. Seperates: 2T bottoms and 3T tops. Size 8 shoe.

    3. Potty trained? Day/Night both? Pee potty trained all day no accidents. She was poop potty trained, but we ran into some serious constipation issues and fear of pooping in the toilet. So I backed off and let her have some control. She tells us that she will poop in the potty when she is three...that is on Wednesday. I am hoping and praying. She is not dry in the morning. I have not tried to attack this yet.

    4. Favorite thing about this age?
So many things...the constant learning. She can pick up a game or skill rather quickly and amazes me daily. She put together a 24 piece puzzle by herself. I was so proud of her. She also learned how to use the touch pad on my Mac to play Sprout games and was very proud of herself. I also like that she still requires cuddling and wants to be held. She is getting more independent, but still acts like she needs some baby love.

    5. Least favorite thing about this age?
the attitude. The flat out "NO!" Oh and the whining. Oh my..I hate the whining.

Add a question...what are some of their favorite toys? Baby dolls and pretend play with the doll house are #1. But puzzles run a close second.

Favorite toys? Right now Alex is all about cars and guitars, Sofia is all about princesses and baby dolls.

I thought of another question today too...

Do they still nap? Sofia could nap and usually does nap everyday. Alex usually doesn't anymore. Only way I can get them both to is to seperate them.

Kiera does not nap at all...not for a year She gets about 10-12 hours at night and that is all she needs. She does have quiet time for about an hour every afternoon at 2.

I was right...Kiera is 30 pounds and 36 inches. All was well at her checkup...except for the shots. Poor thing. She was so brave, but they took her by surprise and she really cried!
Hoping for some poop in the potty tomorrow!

    1. How big are they now? Lily just had her 3-year check up today and she was 37-1/2 inches and 29 pounds. She was so excited to go to the doctor. She's been really interested in doctors and dentists lately, which I guess is a good thing because she had no fear at all during her visit. In fact, she got two shots and didn't even flinch--to my complete and utter surprise. I was so proud of her!

    2. What size clothes are they wearing? Lily is wearing 3T for pants and skirts and 4T for everything else. Shoes are 8 or 9 depending on the brand.

    3. Potty trained? Day/Night both? We tried all summer to potty train Lily in anticipation of her starting back to school in September and being in a class full of kids older than her. Well, she wanted nothing to do with it, so I finally gave up in exasperation. Then, one day around mid-August, out of the blue, she suddenly announced that she was not a baby anymore, did not need diapers, and began doing all her business on the potty. Just like that. We were so surprised! And she's been dry both day and night ever since then.

    4. Favorite thing about this age? After some really trying stretches of "terrible twos" I'm finding 3 to be an absolutely joy. It's like having a totally different child. She's helpful (most of the time), plays well on her own, and is just really sweet and funny. Not that she doesn't have her moments, but she has so many fewer moments than when she was 2 .

    5. Favorite toys? Lily's independent imaginative play has really exploded. She can amuse herself for hours just with crayons and paper. She also adores making music and plays her little guitar and piano and sings all kinds of songs. She got a play kitchen for her birthday and she's having a so much fun cooking everything her little imagination can come up with.

Lily still sleeps close to 12 hours each night, but she only naps about half the time. We still put her down for a nap each day and even when she doesn't sleep, she is at least still getting some quiet down time.

    1. How big are they now?
Brynn doesn't have her official appointment yet but I'd say about 32lbs & 38 inches? Total guess.

    2. What size clothes are they wearing?
    3T

    3. Potty trained? Day/Night both?
Yes, since right after her 2nd birthday.

    4. Favorite thing about this age?
Her expressions and the way she says things! The other day she threw her hands up in the air and said, "oh, come on, Really Mommmmyyy?"

    5. Least favorite thing about this age?
Talking back but that will go on forever, I guess

    6. Naps?
Yes. She wants 2 hours but then she goes to bed too late so I stop her at 1 hour. No naps on weekends b/c we are always out.

    7. Favorite toys?
Brynn is into imaginitive play. She pretends all day long. She's now into drawing people - love this stage with the long arms and legs coming out from the big head with large eyes! LOL!

    1. How big are they now? Geez, it is now official, the youngest Dec babe is now the heaviest. I forget how tall, but he is a hair under 42 lbs. Possibly related, I spent last weekend in bed with a back issue. hmmm, you think?

    2. What size clothes are they wearing? 4T, some 5T pajamas

    3. Potty trained? Day/Night both? Day yes for a long time. Night, no way. His sleeping is still so poor, I suspect until that is resolved that he won't be out of diapers.

    4. Favorite thing about this age? Conversation. Love getting an understanding of how he views the world.

    5. Least favorite thing about this age? Refusal to cooperate even when it gets him to where he wants to be, he seems to just Love being defiant.

Favorite activities: still very much a snuggler (and still boob obsessed, geez I thought his interest would be a distant memory but he is still constantly trying to reach down my shirt.) He loves trains and mostly I think he loves books. Books are the Only things that will get him to sit still. For a little while anyway. Oh wait and movies. He loves movies, we try to limit them because he turns into a zombie, a movie-obsessed zombie.

Naps. Renzo does nap most days. He needs one I think, on the days that he doesn't get one our evenings are a bit more difficult and his night sleep is not as good.
