I know it's early, but anyone also saving or are just planning for IVF/ICSI in November/December?
I am starting then because I plain do not have th money until that time. I am starting OT now to save.
We have male factor and I am going to be 36 next month so that is beginning to work against us too.
Hopefuly, I make some buds here!

I plan on starting next month, so I am close to when you are. Same thing IVF/ICSI I am 36 also and I'm cool and calm about the process. Let's stay in touch, I go to the doctor for my IVF teach this Thursday then we will find out the next step on the plan.

Hey there, good thing I won't be alone! We have male factor and I am currently working a ton of OT to save for it and should have the money by November. I have already gone for a consultation and ultrasound last year when we found out we had male factor. Tried HCG shots for hubby that didn't help earlier in the year....just have to make the appointment for the pre-ivf cycle meeting with the doctor to get started once I have the money.
Do you mind telling me more about your situation since we will be "buddies" ?
Let me know how your appointment goes!

We went to our IVF teach today, alot of information to take in. We will start on birth control pills when I start my cycle so that won't be until October, we have female and male issues. I have a blockage on my left side and DH has low sperm count. We will be going through IVF with ISCI, our first IVF won't be until November so I need to find way to relax deal with stress. So, I will be mediating and praying that all goes well. Right now I am reading through all of the paper work a lot to read.

I bet it is. I am planning on getting special meditation CD's geared toward IVF from Amazon before the time comes and hoping to do post transfer acupuncture as they say it increases implantation by 50%. I am still working to save money....1 month to go. I remember the RE saying I will meet with him before the next cycle and then again when it starts...he says I will start 2 weeks of Lupron and then start stimming with Repronex or Menopur (my choice-as if I know which is better lol).....have US's and adjusting if needed and then the HCG trigger followed by progesterone...what is your med plan thus far?
