I wouldlove to add a siggy somone made for me but don't know how

There is a Siggy that a dear friend made for me in memory of my baby thats now in heaven but way the picture thing is set up I have no clue how.

Can anyone help me?

I don't know if you are aware, but you need to be a gold or platinum member to have a signature option ($14).
