I am currently on United Healthcare and they cover all medications including injectibles with just the co pay (usually the co pay is around 20.00). They also cover 100% of IVF and IUI's and FET's up to a lifetime maximum of 20,000.00. I am on the HMO with United Heathcare and could not be happier. Hope this helps.

I will be switching to United on Jan 1st as well. Your coverage solely depends on what your company chooses. United is one of the providers that gives companies the option of covering infertility, however your company must choose it. In my case United will pay for diagnostic tests but no treatment.
You should also check to see if you are in a mandate state.
You should do a google for (inc i id). It will give you good info. No spaces.

I have United Healthcare too, but did not have fertility coverage. They still covered the bloodwork, injectables, and ultrasounds. All in all we made out pretty well considering they didn't cover fertility.

We have United Healthcare, and the previous poster is correct in saying your coverage depends on what your employer chooses to provide.
We have zero IF coverage.
Also, regarding the states that have "mandated" IVF coverage. It's VERY misleading. We live in NJ wher it is supposed to be mandated, but there are so many loopholes, that we are not qualified. So please research that one completely.
Good Luck!

Thanks everybody
My husbands company is Miller Brewing, my guess is that they will NOT cover IVF, but the info was great. Thanks everyone!

Happy New Year to all!
We just got our ID cards for United HealthCare, and I went on "myuhc.com", but I cannot find any info on IF coverage. Anyone familiar with this website?
Thanks

The best thing you can do Cindy is have your DH get a copy of the insurance contract that his company has with United. He should be able to get a copy from the HR dept. They have to, by law, give you a copy if you request it. That contract will give you all the information you need to learn to find out what kind of coverage your company has contracted with United.
