I have medical mutual of ohio insurance and I was referred to Dr Nash and Mortuzzo In canton, OH and was wondering if anyone else has the same insurance or dr and could tell me what amount we should expect to pay for doing injectibles and IUI. I know my insurance does not cover the IUI is out of pocket. But will they cover the blood work/US and all that fun stuff? I have tried getting answers from medical mutual but they are trying to beat around the bush it seems. I have medco for my meds and they cover the injectibles it will be around $50 for 300 mIU of gonal f. not sure how much i will need per cycle or what the average is so that didnt really help narrow that down either. ughhh just frustrated and wanting to move on but need to know if we have enough saved to do it or not. We know we have to pay for all the starting thing such as an HSG, sperm analysis and not sure how much of what we have saved that will take up as well if its covered or not. thanks for anything anyone can give me in advance. Just need average costs if you have this insurance or out of pocket from dr nash. thank you!!
