I took a look at her blog....last entry April 20th, so not that long ago. Miss G lost her first tooth! Great milestone, so glad Nic got to share it with everyone.
She mostly says things are "run of the mill". But from what she writes, her "run of the mill" is a whole lot funnier than my "run of the mill".

Thanks for checking her blog. I have a friend that is dieing right now and finding out reguired one of her friends getting up enough guts to call her house. I wonder if we should set up away for our families to update if something should happen. Just a nice morbid thought. Sorry. It is unfortuneately the reality of life.
Any ideas out there?

Thanks for checking on that Marie. I'm so glad to hear that things are OK with her.
Sue--you have read my mind! I know my DH would come to this board to let you all if something horrible happened to me. What about everyone else? It is a morbid thought, but so is having a will and all those other necessary end-of-life things drafted, and it is all very important for those we will leave behind.GingerIL

Katrack and I have been friends since we were little kids and I am sure she would update people. I will talk to my dh about it as well and ask him to update if anything ever happens.

I too have often wondered how we would know if something 'tragic' happened to one of us. I'm sure daughter Robin would let you all know. That being said, let's hope we never have to test our theory.
