This is my first time on a message board, so not quite sure how everything works. 15 years ago I had Hodgkin's Disease stage 2 and received chemo. 3 years ago I had thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed. About 3 months ago, my husband and I did IVF and I got pregnant (chemical pregnancy) but the embryo didn't "take". I am currently on all the shots and meds for attempt number 2. Docs say since I concieved last time, they know my body is able to get pregnant. I am just having a really hard time. Any thoughts?

Hi
I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer last year. I also had a thryoidectomy. I have been assured that I can try to acheive a pg. I know I was having troubles trying prior to this. But there is a member here who had thyroid cancer and now has a little one. it can happen or so I am told. Wishing you the best.
