has anyone heard about shared risk programs in Canada or it is just an American thing?
I would appreciate any information.

I think it's just an American thing. I *think* McGill offers a 3 IVF plan BUT you don't receive any money back if they fail. Your basically paying for 2 IVF's and you get the 3rd one free. Not really considered "shared risk."
