Breastfeeding tip of the day ...

Goat's rue for milk supply. I attended an LLL meeting today and this information was shared. Some women do not have enough mammary glands in their breasts. Taking goat's rue helped increase the glands in some moms so they could product more milk. I hope this helps someone in their quest to increase their milk supply!

Is this a liquid or pill, etc and where do you get it? Thanks for the tip! I have pcos and really struggled with my supply, especially in the beginning with my dd. I am pg again and am already worrying about my supply for #2!
