I had to work 10-7; I hate later shifts but since we are actually rotating, I am okay with it. It totally sucked when I was the sole person in the dept. working later shifts & the only woman & the only one with small children at home.

Our district specialist was down from Calgary so had a bit of a talk with him. He is actually the one who promoted me. He asked how things were going & I told him badly. He asked why but although I'm comfortable with him, I didn't FEEL comfortable ...

My boss is such a loser.. he's incompetent & a woman-hater. Thus, I get most of the blame for everything that goes wrong.

Yesterday was brutal.. we received 12 pallets of fresh stock. Hams mixed in with meat mixed in with deli wall (bacon, wieners, lunch meats) & it took a long time just to get somewhat organized. It's official.. four court applications set to go.

She talked to his lawyer today again & asked why the delays.. 'too much family interference' he said. Well, I go to MY appts by myself. HE has to take Mommy & Daddy along & then they all fight.

Anyway, L told him it wasn't her problem & that she had given him several deadlines... that she had tried to warn him that if no response for the child support consent order by today, he could expect a court ...

Once again, I am forced to write emails of explanation/warning to the teachers. Every stinkin' year. I put it off this year but since the EPO is up Sept. 30th, the teachers need to know about rotating wknd access, etc so they can watch for behaviour issues. I am sick about this. They also cannot prevent him taking them from school as I have no court docs yet. Still. Whatever. I don't have ANYTHING.

I see the lawyer Monday night. Strange, I think... I see her at 6:30 pm. I am guessing ...

I guess after 3 years of extreme stress, I've hit the breaking point. I am so depressed.. can't sleep, can't eat. No, can't even take antidepressants due to the extreme chemical sensitivities I've developed.. likely due to adrenal fatigue.

Passion Flower extract & Valerian help a little, & I think partly it's PMS right now, but I just feel completely hopeless.

Work is the worst it has ever been. And, the divorce stuff just never ends.

Apparently they are trying to put forward an application for grandparents' rights. They want one of my 3 summer vacation weeks with the girls to be given to them. They choose NOT to exercise access during the three weeks stbx has the girls; do not visit when the girls are with their dad; the girls ARE however with the grandparents every year at Christmas/NY's.. whether it is C or NY, they always visit for a week with their dad.

These are people who don't send birthday cards to the ...

So, I got some letters yesterday. I have paraphrased:

First was from his lawyer telling her she has jumped the gun on a court date for financial disclosure b/c 'they' think she has enough info already. Pls could she adjourn this matter as they are cooperating? (He hasn't issued everything she asked for as far as tax return info which is vital as child support is based on that) Her response? 'I asked for this info in June. Bring this, this & this to court with you on Tuesday.' ...

So, my life. I just don;t know how much one person can take. Apparently a LOT.

'He' has till Friday to respond on all the stuff he refused to respond on all summer or we go to court. So, maybe things will happen at long last. This is the 'good' thing.

However, the EPO expires the end of Sept. so alternating wknd access will resume & I am sick about it. I have no police enforcement clause so it would be typical for him to just keep the girls & say he can b/c ...

Well, it was a busy busy weekend. Thankfully I didn't work or I'd have been so far behind!!

Today was the annual church picnic. Made my killer trifle & my Israeli Chickpea Salad.. not much of either left over. It was a fairly hot day. I again got angry at the men who sit like lumps while I'm toting bags of garbage to the bins...grrr. Finally some started to help then my friend asked if I needed help so I may forgive him.

It's been quite the day on so many levels. I am very ready for the day to end.

Today the girls found out which classes they will be in. This was a source of stress for them as 6 teacher left the school last year so there are obviously new teachers coming. Gov. cutbacks to education mean fewer classrooms, so instead of the usual 3 French classes to one English ratio, there are now only 2 French classes for grades 3-5. Emily was hoping to get Mme K as she knows her.. she's been there ...
