On Friday stbx went to my parents' to pick up the girls' things for the wknd. He TAPED himself ranting at my dad.. saying he was going to get a restraining order against Dad b/c Dad told him there was allergy meds for Emily in the bag & that she needed a tsp in the mornings. In Dad's house. Get a restraining order against Dad at Dad's own house???

Today at church someone who is a friend but who has mood swings ...

I finally contacted my former bankruptcee trustee.. wrote him a long email. He says he thinks he can help but I'm to meet him tomorrow after work & we'll discuss it then. What really scared me was finding out they're going to sue me, & the first thing in my province is to sue for wage garnishment. At this point, they only have to leave me with $1200/mo & that won't cover my rent and utilities, let alone pay for groceries, gas, & the little odds/ends the girls need for school. So ...

The credit lady (I use that term loosely) left yet another really nasty msg tonight.. saying they will sue if I don't get back to her. I already TOLD her that this was a debt assigned to K & he was told repeatedly to take my name off it. I am paying the debts to which I was assigned. I cannot help it if he isn't paying his!! But, since my name's also on that credit card (which I cancelled back in Nov. when he drained every last cent & then some out of our joint account) I am also responsible. ...

I was worried as the girls hadn't brought home confirmation slips for violin lessons yet. I emailed the music teacher & she told me the girls WILL be taking violin lessons starting next Wednesday.. during their lunch hour. It's the Suzuki method. I'm so thrilled as they are both musical & want to learn violin.. they can pick out some things by ear on piano (I don't have one but my parents do) & I play piano; J plays guitar/alto sax & sings. Even Auntie Elizabeth (my SIL) plays flute; ...

it just never ends. Now Mastercard is after me for the debt which was assigned to .. guess who. My name was to be taken off the card but never was.. I am on the hook if SWMNBN doesn't cough up. I cannot afford another 8-T debt on top of the 5-T I already am struggling to pay off (at 32% interest). It just doesn't seem fair that I am trying to take care of the debts assigned to me (paid off the OD on the bank acc't & have the 5-T loan) & still get stuck with the others.

I'm an absolute basketcase!! The mtg between lawyers is Wed. Things have heated up a lot in the past week.

To top it all off, Alison has lost her glasses!! They aren't anywhere to be found!! Dad checked the school office & they aren't there. They weren't left on the bus. Dad took them to McDonald's for lunch that day before I got home & they aren't there. I'm hoping they were in the classroom.

It cost me $200 for those glasses & that's the maximum I can ...

It's 'our' 11th wedding anniversary today. Feeling kinda weird about it. Sad, but so glad not to be still 'together.' But, it does feel so strange not to be celebtrating.

Well, I made the girls call him yest. as we missed his Sunday call. They talked for 1/2 hr then hung up. He called an hour or so later & they told him to call back after they'd finished supper. So he called at 6:30. They were already in pjs & were playing quietly with paper dolls on A's bed. A doesn't like talking to him on the phone so he was talking to E again. He started ranting & raving about the no contact rule. She got upset.. he was SCREAMING. She kept saying, I'm just a little ...

Went to the school, has phoned the teacher, tells the girls they are not allowed to take the bus to school, tells them that he's having Mommy watched & ppl are reporting Mommy's every move to him & he has 'plans in motion'. This after Emily told him I would no longer be working wnds & that I'd only been working Saturdays & had Sunday/Monday off for ther summer to deal with holidays. He 'knows better than that what Mommy's schedule is.'

Well, our zoo trip went just fine & there were 5 very happy little girls. They ahd a blast. My brother was along as well & it was just a nice day all around.

I came home to a msg on my voice mail from the SHERIFF'S office... for K. They have been authorized by the loan company to repo the van. Apparently K has defaulted on payments. He never did take my name off it so I will likely have to declare bankruptcy. There's another loan outstanding which he was deemed responsible ...
