Court--here we come!!

It's official.. four court applications set to go.
She talked to his lawyer today again & asked why the delays.. 'too much family interference' he said. Well, I go to MY appts by myself. HE has to take Mommy & Daddy along & then they all fight.
Anyway, L told him it wasn't her problem & that she had given him several deadlines... that she had tried to warn him that if no response for the child support consent order by today, he could expect a court app on his desk forthwith. And so, affidavits on four issues which he has had all summer to sign... are being drawn up. Child support.. oh, this is funny. He owes 9500 in back CS. She had drawn up a consent order in July which he claimed he'd sign. The amount is $400ish/mo + she added $200 per mos to catch up on the arrears... payable in full should he default & not pay on the first of the month. Well, NOW she's saying $400/mo plus $300 per mos for the arrears. I looked at her, she turned off her dictaphone & said, 'Hey, hon, he's screwed you over for 3 years--he DESERVES this!!'
Also, he wouldn't sign consent for severance of corollary relief (splitting it into divorce alone, child support, custody) so that's another app, another one was a request to seek a divorce w/o oral evidence, and another one for the granting of a desk divorce.
It looks like it may be in court Oct. 13 which is the day after Cdn Thanksgiving. Which, of course, being English, they never did celebrate.
And, if he pulls anything stupid this week (EPO ends Wednesday night) I'm to go to the police immediately.. then call her. She says the police would likely reinstate an EPO & if not, she can get it done. So, I feel a lot better about everything.
Made a big batch of Yim's fried rice (Yim is my friend from China who taught me the 'proper' way to cook 'fried' rice--man, it is SOOOOOOO good), have the girls' clothes ready for tomorrow & lunches almost packed, & I'm about to enjoy some nice hot tea & some relaxation.
The girls are excited as Year 3 advanced violin started today. We all got 'new' violins & new music & our first performance is with a French Cdn band out of Edmonton this Nov. I've become friends with the violin teacher.. she made me cry today when she asked how things were going. The school is awesome & so supportive.. the secretary had me in tears being all concerned as well. Funny how some genuine sympathy can reduce one to a puddle...
My stomach is killing me tonight, though.. likely from all the stress. ((sigh))
