Learning to bargain shop....

I've always tried to watch what I spend but I never intentionally went out for a bargain. Today my Mom & I went to Wal-Mart and I got 10 cookie tins (I always give away cookies at Xmas time) & 3 18ft prelit garlands for only $10.40!!!! Wow, that was awesome! I saved 75% on everything! I'm all set for Cookie giving next year. I bought 10 tins for less than I usually get 3!
