Hello our clinic says abstain from sex 2-5 days but i also heard that anything past 4 days will render the sperm a low count and will deem them useless. Tell me what would be better 3 days or 4 days to have the most motility?

also i know in the deposit room i have to give my sample they have lube in there ,now would it be better to not use there lube and just do it dry so i wont effect the motility of the sperm let me know thanks
