We waited all day, then finally the pulmonologist came by, told us the game plan (gave prescriptions, wants us to follow up with DS's regular ped ASAP, him in about 2 weeks, and the cardiologist soon), and called the ped in El Paso himself to get discharge orders rolling. DS was released within the hour! So we're back home now and DS was so happy! I am too, but still nervous about desats, etc. He's been off supplemental oxygen for going on 48 hours now and hasn't desatted even after tests, etc. ...

Wow, today has been a wonderful day~ my dearest friend "D" told us that she is PG!! She is 8 weeks along. "D" has suffered several m/c's and finally gave birth to a boy in 2004. She is 42 I believe and has only been married about 5 years or so. First marriage. He dh has no previous kids either.

#3 called me this morning. He decided to keep Chase home. Chase wasn't any worse than yesterday but by the time he dropped him at my place around noon, he was coughing pretty much. We watched Monsters Inc and fell asleep. When he woke up, he was pretty bad off. I gave him a breathing treatment and some tylenol and he spruced up quite a bit. By the time he went to bed, he was all over the place. I am hoping to keep him out of the hospital as it has been over a year since his first hospitalization, ...

i should have seen it coming. my parents (along with my auntie julie) were due in from colorado when it happened.

dh was reclining in bed as i raced after four kids and tried to straighten the mess. i had the balls to ask for help.

and then i got testosterone monkeyed. yelling. door slamming. i wish he'd get some new moves already.

as soon as they arrived he was the gracious host. but i know how bad he stinks.

Nick gets to watch a lot of TV when he's sick, and once the sickness ends we're weaning him back off the Electronic Babysitter. He watched too much today again. Actually I don't think Nick's at 100% yet. His nose is still running pretty constantly and he's being rather difficult and needy--you know, a bit of a crybaby. Oh, the battles we're having over Pediacare (which Nick thinks is nasty) and getting boogers out of his nose!

My diary has been read and I feel totally violated. There were things in there that no one was supposed to read unless I let them!! So for now I will blog all my thoughts and let FT friends read them, they may not want to, but if anyone works out this password and reads my ramblings, TOUGH!!

Spoke to mum today after the email I sent G. I should have known what the outcome would be. Boy am I in the bad books! I am suprised that all this hasn't really upset me as much as I imagined ...

I had my first official ob appt today. I sure don't remember them doing an exam on the first visit...ouch. For some reason it really hurt today. Anywho...all looked good. He wants to see me every 2 weeks. Mainly to check my blood pressure and urine. It's going to get old driving 45 minutes every 2 weeks, plus driving to the peri also.

So I go see the peri on the 20th for my 12 week scan. Other than that I will have a whole week w/o any dr. appts next week. What on earth am ...

I thought we were all set for Wednesday at school. We had practiced John sitting still at circle time. We practiced his listening skills. We talked about being a good boy and he assured us he was going to be good. We made sure he had plenty of sleep and . . . the teachers comment home - three frownie faces and "not a good day."

I give up. The south must be too close to Hell that is why we never get snow. All they ever do is tease us with it. It has been two years since we have seen a decent snow. Brady does not even know what it is LOL. I know I should not complain FL, TX they are all in the same boat but even last year GA got snow but us here in the middle NOTHING! Oh well I guess I will have to show him the fake stuff at the mountains!
