  1. Things don't always go as planned...

    by , 12-26-2012 at 07:30 PM
Sunday - At 10:30am or so I went into Labor and Delivery to see if I had any progression in my cervix. I was just at 4cm, 70% effaced. I was given the option of staying or going home to continue my labor. Decided I might as well go home since it could easily be another 8-10 hours from where I was. The midwife said she was pretty sure I'd be back later tonight to have my baby. If only she knew...

9:15pm - Once at home my contractions never got 'harder' or 'more painful' or even ...

  2. My story 12.23.12 (mc mentioned)

    by , 12-23-2012 at 01:42 PM
I want to use this blog as a place to vent. As I cannot share any of my feelings with family or friends. I have zero support outside of my man. No one knows the extent of my journey nor are they aware of my plans for the future.
Here is a brief history of my struggle.

1991-19yrs old I caught chlamydia. This seems to be the beginning of all my troubles. Infection was treated late as I didn't know I had it.

  3. fluid sac or twins?

    by , 12-19-2012 at 01:13 PM
I recently found out I am expecting again my LMP was Nov. 1-7 so the doctor estimated I was 6w5d at my ultrasound yesterday. They saw 2 sacs that are measureing the same and they could see something in both. Neither picked up a heartbeat :'(. (The Dr said the 2nd was probably a fluid sac, then he asked if twins run in my family and didn't look so convinced it was a fluid sac when I said yes..I kinda feel like its twins.) They said it may be too early to pick up a heartbeat but I couldnt get another ...

So I started Acupuncture in October and I have to say I'm in love with it! It has worked wonders on my anxiety and also helped me get my period! Yay! I've never been so happy to get my period in my life lol

Usually if I'm not getting it I have to go the doctors and have them give me a script for something to help induce it and even then it's a very light one. Within a month of acupuncture I got it and it was normal! Something I haven't experienced since I was in high school--so

  6. Baby Shower is over!!! Yay!

    by , 12-05-2012 at 12:29 AM
So the Baby Shower is done and over with. It all went well, I maintained my sanity and learned a lot from it. Let me tell you this, for those of you have never hosted a Baby Shower....DON'T EVER HOST A BABY SHOWER!!! Its a very stressful experience, especially when you are dealing with an ungrateful, demanding, excessively needy mommy to be. And TTC+baby shower planning and hosting, do not go well together.
What did I learn? If my husband and I are ever blessed with a baby, I will not put ...

  7. 27weeks pregnant

    by , 11-27-2012 at 09:45 PM
    Hello friends,
I am very sorry I have not been on here in a very long time. I lost baby b on 8-05-12 at 10w 5d pregnant. I woke up in the middle of the night gushing of red blood. I could not get the bleeding to stop and I felt like I was trying to faint. I went to the ER the next morning. I honestly though I had lost both babies. Baby A had held on somehow.
I like to call her my miracle baby. I continued to have bleeding until around 14 weeks. I had my babies nuchal fold checked ...

I had an ER on 11/12. 26 retrieved/12 fertililized/10 matured to healthy 5 day blasts. We transferred 2 perfect embryos on 11/17, and had the other 8 frozen.

The one thing that has made this third cycle go more quickly for me (and not for a good reason) is that

  9. ivf with donor eggs with cny albany

    by , 11-25-2012 at 01:08 PM
    Helllo all.
I have selected cny fertility for ivf with donor eggs .
Our problem is not fertility . We have lost2kids due to genetic disorders. Our only option to have half of the dna is having donor eggs .
I went for an ivf before in northern cyprus but i didnt get preg. I dont have a doubt it was not because of me. It was due to their incapability. They had no clue what they were doing.
Now i haave selected Cny after reading and talking to alot of clinics. I felt ...

  10. Choosing a Center for Male Fertility Treatment

    by , 11-19-2012 at 06:05 PM
There are many men, and many couples, who are worried that they may have trouble conceiving a child. This can happen for many different reasons, and almost all of them are out of peoples' control. However, there are many good centers and specialists who excel in making miracles happen, and if you suspect that your issue might be caused by male infertility, or even if you are not sure what the problem could be, these specialists are there to help.

There are many great facilities that ...
