It has been 8 days since Ephraim has had a poop accident. I think we may be over this hurdle. I am thrilled!

We were at Target on Sunday, and when I went to take Ephraim to go potty this is what he asks me.
I am trying not to scare my kids for life by laughing at them (Ali has started to tell me that she is embarrassed when I laugh)
I keep a straight face and let him know that mommy and Ali are girls and that girls don't have winky's.
He, of course, doesn't believe me and goes on to ask me, did it hurt when they cut my winky off.

I talked to my best friend forever last night on facebook. It had been about 2 years since we had really spoken. No reason except life gets in the way. I never knew when to call to catch her, and she never returned my calls, but she had just had a baby.
Turns out she nad her DH are youth pastors which is crazy, but wonderful and they are perfect for it. I miss her so much, I wish she lived closer.
My DH left this morning and will probably be gone two nights or even more.

I am so tired. Went to Kansas City to see Dave Ramsey yesterday. A wonderful friend agreed to babysit when my orginal babysitter fell through.
R is mowing the grass (in the cold and wet -ewww), I need to get a roast in the crockpot for dinner.
I imagine we will then go get groceries. Then maybe catch up on some DVR.

Hurry home honey. I feel light headed, I have cramps. I want a nap.

Home alone tonight and the kids are asleep. I don't know how much longer I will last. I am enjoying the quiet though.

I was 4 my cousin was probably 14. I told my dad in the 8th grade. My mom asked me "if it hurt" when she came home from work. I told her I didn't remember- "oh you would remember" she said, and it was never ****ing mentioned again.

I have had a couple of cigarretts over the last couple of weeks. I think 5 all together. I do think I have it out of my system though. In 69 days I suppose 5 isn't bad compared to the 2077 I would have normally smoked.

For a long time I was not a big movie person. My DH loves movies and really enjoys them. I think it is too long to be in one place, usually. For the longest we couldn't watch movies really b/c there were too many interruptions...
We have been renting a lot of movies lately. We rent some for the kids and some for ourselves usually every weekend. We love Redbox $1 a night for new releases.
