I wish they had Lasik eye surgery for old age eyesight!

Since I have been working sporadically, I need to be able to see the computer and read on a desk and look up. I am going to get what they call progressive glasses with all three of those options in one frame. The technology has really come far. They did a whole work up on my eyes and everything is fine, oh yeah, just old age setting in.

The worst part is that the lenses + frames is over $700.00!!!! ...

10 days after my laundry basket injury, I went to yoga. I took it easy, but it felt good to be there. I just love yoga and can't say enough good things about it.

Is there anyone out there but me who thinks she can't sing and has no talent?


(I have to admit I've never seen a full episode of Hanah Montana because she can't act.)

I HONESTLY thought this would not happen anymore since doing Yoga. I guess I was wrong.

Yesterday while lifting up the laundry basket (not over full) I pulled something in my back. I have been stretching and using heat, but it HURTS!!!! Of course, I get called to work yesterday and today and want to do it, but I can barely stand up straight without pain.

I guess I will have to skip yoga tomorrow and that really defeats the whole purpose.

Wow, I've heard good and bad about this movie. I thought Anne Hathaway's performance was AMAZING!

On a side note, DH's cousin played Debra Winger's husband. He didn't say alot, but his face was in the movie ALOT of the time. Too bad he doesn't get more acting jobs! It was fun to see him on screen!

It was great. I worked Thursday, Friday and Monday in the high school library. I really liked it there and they were able to work within my hours. I hope I can get a few more assignments like that one.

He had his second game yesterday and he hit the ball and got a single! Otherwise, he really doesn't know what he is doing. There are so many "plays" in baseball that he doesn't understand yet. But he looks darn cute in his uniform! I'm so proud of him.

I can't believe people are FINALLY talking about it like it is something real. April is autims awareness month and many with autism experience sensory issues. However, Matt Lauer actually said out loud "but there are children who do not have autism that have SID." WOW!

By way of a crazy turn of events, someone moved into my neighborhood and her daughter needs a ride to school each morning. She is only one block over and not out of my way at all. I drive there every morning anyway. Well, the mom is a personal trainer and that's how I am going to get paid. Is that a good thing? I hope I can walk after that.

We went into NYC yesterday to see Shrek the Musical! While it was not the BEST show I have ever seen, it had some really great and funny moments. The sets, scenery and costumes where AWESOME!!!! That was DS's first ever show, but I do believe he liked Dave & Buster's better!

I was exhausted from that whole day!
