I'm feeling really good about this cycle For the past three days I have had a tight/pressure feeling in my abdomen and cramping throughout the day. Hopefully these are all good signs

So we went in for our IUI yesterday and after a 45 minutes of waiting in the waiting area we finally had the procedure done. It was pretty quick and painless. The nurse showed us my Hubby's sample for verification. Post wash we ended up with a SP of 70mil , the doctors like to see somewhere between 20-30mil. I forgot to verify with the doctor as to how long the washed semen last. Majority of the sites say 24-72 hours, but I have read something that said 6-12 hours.

I had an appointment today to check folicle growth and LH. I had two enlarged folicles. One measured 21 and the other was 22. Even though I got a positive with the OPK last night my blood work did not indicate a surge in LH. So, I have to go in tomorrow for the HCG trigger shot. Then on Sunday my hubby and I will go in for the IUI. I'm worried about the timing but the nurse said we are fine. My emotions are all over the place, but I'm trying to remain positive and prayerful.

So, after reading many sites about the medication I took last week (Letrozole), I was informed that I should use an OPK starting on day 11. Today is my day 11. I wasn’t going to use an OPK because I have an appointment in the morning, but curiosity got to me and I took one. To my surprise I got a big fat I'm so excited because I have never gotten a positive with an OPK. I’m going to take another before my appointment and if it’s still indicating a surge maybe we can move to an IUI this weekend. ...

First let me start by saying, I am really excited about finding this site. I love reading everyone’s stories and was looking for a place where I can communicate with people who knows how I’m feeling. I haven’t told anyone about my infertility issues, except my 2 BF's and of course my hubby. So, this has been a really hard time for me b/c even though I know those 3 ppl love me they really don’t have any idea how I’m feeling.
