After op, i met my RE on monday and got a green light for our vacation at beach and resume baby-making. yey.
Prognosis is all good. RE said our case is "reasonable" and he'd like to start us with IUI with ovedril (triger) for 4 cycle.
We chose to try naturally for August as my work resume (iam a teacher) and it will be too much for me to cycle.

Only concern i have, is that i still have 28mm fibroid that RE decided to keep it in for preserving utirus after ...

Today was our first anniversary. Last year, we had a wedding today. It was a perfect day and it was exactly how we wanted our wedding to be. We were very happy and still are.

As we are going to a vacation on coming Thursday, we didn't have much planned today. But he still got me roses and we went to a dineer that his BFF made for us. Very sweet and special.

As for the recovery, i feel almost myself. Sometimes, near my incision sites has this itchy, woozy feeling pain ...

Day 2, it was tough to get up from laying position. My RE told me to move around as much as i can, so i fixed lunch, did some dishes, did some HW for my on-line classes i am taking. Right side of my abdomen has this sharp discomforting pain, but the nurse told me it is a healing pain. I did kept myself on schedule with my pain meds (tylenol with codeine).
my DH took extra day to make sure and he fixed a dinner for me. Love him

Update: Day 1 after lap

Op:went well, only painfull part is to put IV needes in me. My RE does medical accupuncture, so when he saw me being extremely nervous, he put some needles on the point to sedate me to relax. Worked like a magic. All went well, and have some answers.

so i am supposed to fast after midnight today. It's around 10:30pm and i was hungry. I had a bowl of cereal with soy milk. Cup of water. I will have a yogi tea around 11pm and it would be the last food/intake until my surgery tomorrow.

I just feel it would be really really sucks tomorrow morning. I am a good breakfast eater. I wake up hungry and i need to have a light breakfast twice in the morning, due to my work starts so early (7am).

My surgery is not until noon ...

So my lap is scheduled on 7/21, Pre-op appt on 7/17. Post will be scheduled on 7/17.

We are taking vacation on 7/30 in Jamaica, so i hope this works out. My RE's clinical nurse is confident i would be fine to go. I was hoping to be scheduled on 7/16, but it didn't work out.

My work resume on 8/12, only a week after i return from my vacation, so 7/21 is a best time to do it with 9 days recovery time plotted. I teach, so once school resume i cannot be rested so well. ...

so as i mentioned my previous blog, it is a go for the lap.

I am still scared for the possible complications and if i have endo, and gets worth each time i do the lap. On top of that, i had a open stomach surgery when i was a baby, and it might be hard to do lap. (born with a hole in my diaphram).

However, so far besides my DH's low motility and morph, we dont' see anything major in me. I have a fibroid and tipped uterus, but they ususally doesn't affect infertility. ...

so my period decided to come 2 days late while i was having a lunch with my pregnant friend. Nice. God got jokes.

Well i am still not starting any treatment yet and about to call my RE's office about my decisions for it.

After comtempleting since 6/20, I decided I would to the lap first then move onto IUIs. I found out that my ins pays for lap, and portion of IUIs. They won't pay for SA and U/S. So total IUIs costs at my REs is $664 and my ins covers about $350. It's ...

This is my statment about myself. I was a fighter from the day i was conceived. My mom almost miscarried me twice. I was born with congenital diaphramatic hernia and almost lost my life at age 10 months. my period is one day late. I have some cramping on and off so i was so sure that the periold would be here by now.
My cycle is 28 to 30day, so i think i would wait until Thursday to use the pregnancy test.
I don't want to have high hopes up but it would be nice to get pregnant on our own.
