Baby slept 5 and half hour straight last night. He woke up with good mood with lots of smile, and we played for while. I talked to him and he'd coo and move his arms and legs a lot. He usually naps after being up for 2 hours or so but this morning he was up for good 4 hrs.

He is finally sleep on maya wrap and look soooo peacefull...

Please, someone stp the clock...

Finally, my work situation worked out and i am starting new work on coming Monday. this means i will be away from my baby 8 hrs day at least and i have tons of preparations to do for work. On top of that, we need to find a daycare....

anyway, my baby had a two month check up.
He is acutally 11 week old but we didn't get to the Dr on time around 2 months.

He is 14lbs 8.5ounce, 24inches. 92% of growth chart!

I put a bib on the baby for the first time. he look like a real baby lol. that was my first thought.

he is growing in a blink of an eye. really. Now he responds with smile, his crying have more tones and expressions and he sleeps 4 hrs straight at night most of time (then he wake up for hunger). He used to wake up every 2 hr and half and never been a good sleeper. so it is a bit relief for me.

I rented a symphony medela breast pump when i came home with baby. My milk supply was low and Lactation consultant recommended. Now i think i am caught up and been doing ok for the quantity i make (although my right makes only 1/3 of my left. weird...) I also have old model of Pump in Style, my friend gave it to me. It's 2006 model but does same job.

the place i rent, charges monthly so it was time to return the pump... i didn't want to. it was nice. Quiet and worked well. really ...

I had to go to new (possible) job to take care of the paperwork. So I went, DH watches my baby.
coming home and he was sleeping in the crib, made me cry thinking how it would be once i start working.
Now I want to stay home with him....

He was super duper cute this morning too. I was tickling him in sofa, and had him next to me. He then started to wiggle his behind i thought he was like "doing business", as it is how he goes. Then he rolled over to one side. ...

I love being Mommy and watch my baby grow every min, but i do miss being pregnant.

The one-ness with the baby, i felt such a united feeling with him. He was inside of me and there are something very special about the feeling. Specially when you feel the baby move, it sent me heaven. For the last half of pregnancy, my favorite thing in the world was to eat and watch my belly move.

Time flies so fast. Monday is our second anniversary and we went out for a dinner last night. It sounds easy but it really wasnt.
It involves finding a babysitter, pumping milk enough for the night (as we wanted enjoy some wine) and adjusting baby's breastfeeding schedule on time.

Anyhow, we managed all these and enjoyed the dinner and wine. We even stop by a local put to play one game of pool, as we used to enjoy.

But.... i missed my baby! it was only 4 hours ...

It does really melt my heart away. It used to be a little grin, that my DH claims it is just neurological reaction to something.
Now last couple of days, he does smile socially. Mostly, he lets it out after the morning feeding when i was talking to him.
It is a sweetest thing in the world. As I mentioned i am having a case of baby blue and feeling inadequate as a parent at times. His smile made it go away and it was soooooo adorable. the little face lit up with smile and nothing in ...

I guess my baby just needed Mommy. Fussed all night at nighttime feeding with DH. DH said baby had difficulty falling sleep after eating and it is unusual for him.
I generally wake up between 5 to 6 when my DH goes to bed and then pump for following night's milk to provide. However baby just went to sleep and woke right back up when he heard me. So I adjusted my schedule and nursed him first before pumping. I am not a great milk producer so i know my supply be less by doing this but what ...

Well my work seems to be doing cleaning house a lot. I hear more horror stories worse than mine. All tech dept course is being outsourced so these teachers who has been teaching the course for 20years, need to find a job. aghhh

New central office team seems just worry about numbers and getting rid of good teachers hiring a newly graduates. This makes our children to suffer, but i guess they see it better than going under the state's supervsion.
