Our friends are going to have to sell their house and move to something smaller. They just can't afford their house anymore. When they bought it, she was pg with baby #1, working full time. Hubby was an attorney with his own practice. The house isn't that big. Comfortable for them. But circumstances have changed.

Fast forward....she left her job, tried to go back, but it didn't pan out. Hubby had to close the practice (long story). He is working, but not making nearly what he was. They had natural twins...so now they have 3 kids.

It is a little scary. most people I know are muddling through, but these are the first people who are having to make a drastic change in order to survive.
