Day to Day Stuff!

My little Sadie. Two years have gone by since your little heart stopped. My purple swirl....that is what I see when I think of you.

No one has mentioned you today....but I am ok with it. I remember you. I love you. One day we will see each other again. In light and love, my sweet baby.

My son....Rico Suave.

Apparently, at recess, he likes the swings. Ok, that is fine.

But there is a group of girls that like to push him on the swing, more or less, taking care of him. He smiles and laughs. They think he needs the help, and are more than happy to do so.

Now, he is more than capable of swinging on his own, but prefers the attention afforded by the girls. Little stinker!

I swear...I am going to throttle someone soon. I have been trying since 10:30am, and it is going on 2pm.

Caeden is not listening at all. She is moving, or closing her eyes, or doing something to annoy Nicholas. Then I get upset, and she starts to cry. Then we have to stop.

Replay this scene over and over again.

I colored my hair again (I didn't like the color from the other night). Managed to get hair dye all over the place. Stepped in a drip (didn't know it), and tracked it all over the bathroom, on the white linoleum (oh well, we hated it anyway). BIG drip on my shoulder, and my ...

Caeden is not a born organized person. She does OK, but definitely room for improvement.

This week she had multiple books for school, all for different things (library, reading group, weekly reading, extra stuff....). Granted, I couldn't keep track of it either!!! But part of that is because Caeden didn't know what was what.

I spoke to her teacher this morning, and clarified a few things. Apparently this week is an anomally and it should be more clear from here ...

Why do I do this to myself? My plate is full, and I am just heaping on more!

Need to make a list, a schedule, and then just do it all!!

Yesterday just SUCKED. I can't find one redeeming part of yesterday. And today I am in a funk and having a hard time getting going.

I really need to go make lunch for the kids, and don't wanna. Wish they could buy lunch, but alas, the school makes you prepurchase tickets and we didn't buy for today.

My hip is killing me. Not sure what I did.

My weight is up a little.

My motivation to do more than watch tv is just not there, which is ...

My boss is having his 10th wedding anniversary next week. He is taking his wife away for 3 days to a very $$$ resort. And in addition...

He is doing 10 days of presents! Each one is picked to have some significance in their dating or married life. Some are big...some are small. These include:

I finally feel like her room is coming together.

OMG, I found these on etsy, and I found instructions on making your own. So cute.

Neat project that the kids and I can make together. Something that the teacher can keep in the classroom for decoration. Not too expensive since most of what you need you can find cheap.

I am excited to try it.
