Weight Loss. Houston we have hip bones!!

By crikey!! After many years of being MIA, I have found my hip bones again
I have now lost 23 kgs in total. I have no idea what that is in lbs. Maybe 45????

BTW, I'm stunned at how much attn I am getting. What is it? I've lost some weight and all of a sudden I'm getting chatted up, stared at, flirted with... It's flattering, but can you not see the band of (white) gold on my left hand????

Poor DH. He's not quite sure what to do with this new body - I think this is the lightest I have been in our relationship ever.

I asked him the other day what he was going to do with it (my changing body) and he said ummmmmmmm bang it all day long!!!

He is soooo crude....

    Wowsers, that is an amazing job on your weight loss...good for you !! What have you been doing ? I started WW last year, had a break and am now back into it...well, this is my first week back into it and I have about 8kgs to go.

    I hate to admit it, I was in denial for years that this particular diet would work. I didn't think I could do it....

    but LOW CARB..

    No rice, potato, bread, pasta or anything with over 9g of carbs in it.

    Did you know that Cadbury has bought out a low carb chocolate? It rocks!!

    Nice to be talking to you girls. I knew someone would understand my Hubbies humour... LOL

    I eat way too many carbs...I know that's my problem!!

    Maybe I should try low carb too....did you follow a diet as such?

    And you must remember we are both married to "blokes" too

    Cool! It is great getting all that attention, from all quarters. I hear you on the low carb thing. Just this past week I have concentrated on protein for this cycling attempt. I think I only ate carbs of any kind once in the past 5 days and my waist is much more defined, even though I am eating PLENTY of calories (a can of nuts is practically a day's worth and I can eat half a can at a time!)

    Good for you, girl.
