I just answered a post about this, and still had Daddy's meds on my puter...instead of leaving it in an email that could get deleted, I am listing it here so I dont forget...his meds change frequently but the "base" list is:

Warfarin 5mg
Foresemide 80mg
metropol 50mg
amlod/benatap 10/20mg
klorkon 10mg
flomax .4mg
simvastatin 20mg
digoxin .125mg
lantos 65units
novolog 10-15units
advair hfa 2 puffs
