Just found out DH has to work until 8pm the night of the 15th. I really wanted him to come with me. At least I know everyone VERY well so it's not that it'll be uncomfortable but it'll be sad that my own DH won't be there A few years ago I went alone b/c he was in school at night - I drank wwwwaaayyy too much and even drove home (which was not good) but I made it home. I was throwing up the minute I walked in until the next evening...not good. Okay, so now I am a Mother and I can't or won't get drunk!!! I will still have to get up with the kids at 7am so I shouldn't be drinking anyway. Plus, I'll be driving so I will make sure I don't drink.

I was just really hoping DH could come with me......oh well...
