I sort of new they were thinking of doing it but my Mom just told me they are now in the process of building a log cabin home in the mountains. The location is about 1-1/2 hours away. I'm excited for them and I feel they totally deserve it. She was telling me all that they are going to do. It's in a private gated community which is nice. They are having an elevator put in so they don't have to always climb all the steps LOL I did laugh at that but hey if you can do it, then why not! My Dad had the developer come to the office yesterday to discuss the process and they went over what he wants for the design of the home.

I'm sure it will be a beautiful home. She of course said that the kids, DH and I can come anytime to vacation. She even said she'd take the kids for us a WHOLE week!! Wow, that would be nice and maybe that's when DH and I could take a little vacation for just us

I think it won't even be done until the end of 2008 or beginning of 2009 but it'll still be cool!
