Well FINALLY AF is here. I shouldnt whinge, only a day late, but I am dying to get started on this fresh new cycle. I worked out my dates today with my sister and it looks as though I will have done the transfer (if, crossfingers, there is a transfer) just before my 40th birthday. Sooo no partying, its lucky I got it all out of my system the other day.
I am going to start really eating healthily as of tomorrow, I have really been off track lately - hot chips, Tim Tams - alot of it due to the chemical preg and feeling "Why bother". But I realise that future pregnancy or not, I have to feel good for the one I do have, my darling DS. he is increasingly a bundle of energy that I cant keep up with, so here goes!!!

good luck Kim! I know how easy it can be to be complacent and just give up when things seem too much. But you're right - we totally have to live for what we DO have and just hope that what we WANT to have falls into place nicely at some point That's totally my attitude these days.

Good luck with the diet! I am here for extra support if you need it!

    Hugs
