Today is CD14... have I ovulated? Don't know... I was using OPK's, but never got the dark line. I was also using the Ovacue monitor and am confused by the results. The monitor technically said that I ovulated CD12 based on their readings (readings are based on numbers and their patterns), however, based on their number pattern criteria, it was 2 days off and 'should have' been today... but once it got the first pattern, it didn't care about any subsequent or more defined patterns...

It is Worth IT!

I have been straying from the diet during the organic cleanse… it is so hard for me to stick to it, I have absolutely no will power and get tempted so easily. My biggest problems are eating in every night. DH and I are used to going out most nights of the week, so to change cold turkey has been very hard. I miss all my restaurant food!!

I started the cleanse on Wednesday. It hasn’t been too bad and the food is quite filling. Apart from 1 time where I was nauseous hungry and had to have something in my stomach, I have pretty much stuck to it. The 2 cookies were wonderful!!

While I hear this a lot, it is actually true in my case...
