I set up our Septic Inspection for next Thursday. And I am waiting on a call for the House Inspection. I am not really familiar with Septic Systems but it seems most places in Northern Bucks have Septic Systems.
We fell in love with Upper Black Eddy last year when we saw a house up there. I can't believe this is where we ended up. My DH is in heaven because it is surrounded by state game lands. And I am so happy that I got the school district I wanted for my boys. I feel really blessed that everything worked out this way.

Does a septic system usually mean well water also? My parents had both, and they were great. Only downfall was when the power went out.
I am not familiar w/ that area but it sounds wonderful. If it wasn't for work I'd love to move somewhere a bit more out in the country.

It does have well water. I never thought about the power thing. I'm originally from Philly so all this country stuff is new to me, lol.
It isn't actually far from Perkasie and Quakertown, just on the other side of Lake Nockamixon. It's definitely rural but close enough to highways. It will be an adjutment though from where we are now but I think it will be a good one.
