Ran 2.5 miles on Friday.

I went for distance today rather than speed.

It was tough. I was tired.

Thank goodness the Susan G Komen is five months away...I'm afraid I'm going to need every day of training before then...

    Jeanie! Yay for you! You're doing well. Wish I was back east to run the Komen with you (although, since I haven't run in about 5 yrs maybe I should re-think that statement!).
