Yes, only seven weeks to go till my c-s and finally this major milestone has passed!

Meanwhile, my feet & hands are puffing up and my hands really ache and tingle, esp. the right hand. It's normal, I guess, but it's probably worse than need be b/c my pool at the Y was closed this past week for maintenance & I believe that being in the water really was helping to alleviate these types of symptoms. Tomorrow the pool will re-open and you can bet I'll be there the minute they open the door! It's so blissful to be weightless and to move freely for an hour or so every other day!!!

I haven't posted in a while b/c for most of the spring months I was studying for a huge grad school exam, which took place about a month ago. It went well -- I'm finally recovering from that mental marathon and feeling up to writing more!

We have so much to do before the Blessed Event -- finish house renovations, move in, get a new car -- but fortunately I'm done with work for some time now, and can turn my attention to all these things, as well as getting adequate rest. Plus being in touch with friends and family. I feel closer to many people now b/c of this pregnancy! And thank goodness my mom and stepdad are coming to help with the move and with the babies! (My cousin, who donated the eggs, is especially excited, as you might imagine!)

Lastly but not leastly: we have names for the little ones: Lilah for the girl, and Ian for the boy.

xoxo,
Kat & her popping navel!

YAY, Kat! What beautiful names. Perfect for twins. Congrats, hon. You have a full schedule and you're doing it all.
