Ughhhh, got a letter from the school dniece (although at the present it is b-for bratty neice) is skipping class, however in her teenage book of rules, she hasn't technicaly been skipping since she has been at school the whole time just not in the class she was suppose to be in, she has been going to the library to hang out, get on the computers etc.

Now while she is in Trouble with the capital T I see a fault in the school as well, why wasn't I contacted when she was missing, why wasn't the school wondering why she was in the library each day during class time, and why didn't the role call teacher notice the pattern of her missing, one day she went to 1st & 4th, another she went to 2nd only, another 1st & 3rd, to me this would result in a huge red flag.

So I checked her out of school before the (cool) pep rally, she cant have the friend over tonight, and she is grounded from the game and her phone. No company for a week and no budging on my or Dh's part.

She may hate me today, but one day when she is somebody she'll love me for life, or else I hope so anyhow.
