Man am I tired. H went home a little before 3:00 and Ben ate and was down for a nap shortly after that. Its just go go go all day. The house is a total wreck by the time S comes to pick her baby up. It was killing me for a while to have her see my house that way but I just don't have the energy to care any more. By the time H goes home and Ben goes down for his nap I'm too tired to pick up. So I veg for a while then play with Ben, feed him again, make dinner, take Ben on my walk, then feed and bathe him and get him to bed. By that time I'm really tired and still have to clean up all the food Ben threw on the floor while eating (I use the word 'eating' loosely as he eats about half of what he's supposed to while H is here. ) clean up dinner dishes and dishes/food DH left out during the day for ME to clean up and all of Ben's bottles. Oh and of course all the toys Ben pulled out during the day. I have NO down time. I'm so exhausted by then. So last night I blew off cleaning up and came upstairs to play on the computer and was in bed by 9:30. Then by the time the weekend rolls around I have to do all of the big cleaning.
To think I'm doing this baby care to make some money for a couple of art workshops that I may not even be able to go to. Our extra bills seem to be sucking the money I made right up. Since T and I have been watching babies we haven't been able to have our play dates. I looked forward to those every week. And now I may not even have my workshops in November. I know I have so much to be thankful for but I miss have things to look forward to. I don't even have time to do art these days.
