Children

Today is day 2 of being binky free.... I feel like caving in.... She is currently up and down the stairs asking for something.... ANYTHING... She has been in bed for 2 hours and 15 minutes and we are ready to crack. She is not asking for binky but we know that is the reason she is playing up....

BUT I am sooooo freakin proud that we have made it through 2 days so far...

Everyday gets easier right? RIGHT? (INSERT RIPPING HAIR OUT OF MY HEAD SMILIE)

Amy is taking her sister role very seriously. Today, Amy was playing with her blocks and Cameron was in his walker. Amy was trying to build a tower and Cameron was very interested. He was trying to help her and accidently knocking down her tower, she got sooooo mad at him. She kept telling him "No" No Cameron, Go away.... He obviously doesn't understand what she was saying to him so he kept trying to join in.... Amy was getting angrier and angrier, so in the end she wheeled him ...

It is coming pretty fast and I need to start to look at what I am going to get the kids this year, It is Cameron's first Christmas so I need to get him something to put in his memory box as well as get our Family ornament which I have done every year.

I have been thinking for Amy I am going to get her I don't have them all here but here are a few I can think of right now.

Baby doll

Tomorrow is the day I finally get to meet Jen and B! I am so freaking excited... We have got so much planned and are really looking forward to spending time together.

We really have become very close, we just seemed to click and are very comfortable with each other. I can't believe I am finally going to meet her after knowing her for over 3 years!

I know tomorrow is going to be a huge day for both Jen and B, It is B's first flight. I know she is going to ...

Yesterday was a really hard day with Amy and Cameron. I had a terrible night sleep the night before so I am sure I was extra cranky, Anyway Amy threw the tantrum of all tantrums yesterday. It was all over something silly and then giving me backchat when I told her off. Cameron is seriously teething so he is not feeling his best either. Well, Amy is still addicted to her pacifier, I have spent the last few weeks telling her that she is getting a big girl and that big girls don't have binkys. ...

Amy has started to bite her nails... How do I stop her from doing it? I do not want her to create the habit of nail biting.

I do not bite my nails so it is not me she is getting it from but my DH knaws his down to the nub at times...

Is it a learned habit or something that is just going to happen no matter what I do?

Amy is just something else. Last night we put her to bed, read her the 2 stories and said goodnight. Lately Amy has been getting out of bed and trying anything and everything to come back downstairs. So it is common for DH and I to be running up and down the stairs most of the evenign putting Amy back to bed.

Last night she had tried the usual I need a kiss, cuddle, drink, potty etc....

Cameron is funny He just loves to sleep on the pooh couch! LOL!
