Yesterday was Karl's appt with a doc in NYC regarding the port wine stain on his arm. I never really announced it here as I didn't see any need. Karl was born with a rather large port wine stain on his left arm. DH and I had decided to go for an evaluation. We have been contemplating #3 for quite some time. I decided to call yesterday to find out what my day 3 FSH #'s were from my last cycles with my RE- 2+ years ago. I figured this might give me some indication if I need to hurry or if we can sit on this awhile (I'm thinking January)....Turns out it was just easier to make an appt with the RE than to fax releases, pay fees, wait, and so on.... so I did. They had an appt for TODAY already! So I took it- and, I was very excited. My RE had not ...

But here's the story.... about 3 hours ago, dh was getting ready to come home from work... DH is in the tennis biz.... anway... a cockatiel flew in through the front door of the tennis shop and landed on the counter. So strange! This bird is obviously someone's pet as it is very tame. It whistles but doesn't talk. It loves to sit on shoulders and chew on jewelry.

Our beloved pet parakeet, Eli, died on 12/24/04. I love, love, love birds ...

wouldn't you consider that a curse word? I know I do! DH does not. Dh doesn't curse alot, and certainly never around the kids... but sometimes he does over really trivial (stupid) stuff and then uses these stupid concoctions... It always annoys me and causes me to get "into it" with him a bit and he usually insists that whatever he's said is not cursing.... So silly.... It was really minor..... and seconds later we were relaxed and had moved on......

I want to talk about having another child. I think about it just about every day. I can't even think where to begin in getting my thoughts out. Yes, it's true, I feel like one. I just finished a pint of B&J in two nights. It's not just that... it's that on top of everything else. I feel like I need to shed a few pounds but I can't seem to leave the crap alone!

DH and I are not getting along well. It's nothing serious but it still doesn't feel good. I just don't know what else to say about that.
