I think I ate everything in sight today. . .

. . .and I don't know why. I just had the munchies. I would love to say that I was eating all kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables, but I'm afraid I was having a junk food free-for-all today. It was terrible.

Lets see if I can remember it all. . .

Bowl of oatmeal
Cup of coffee
1 pc. cinnamon toast
Bowl of Fruit Loops
Some random candy
a small Slim Jim (this was disgusting, even as I was eating it!)
Small (snack size) bag of Doritos
1 diet Coke
Beef enchiladas from Trader Joe's, with Tortilla chips (diinner)
Cheetos
1 diet Coke
Some Munchkins (who left that box of Munchkins in my car???)
1 DD Boston Cream donut
small coffee (only drank about 1/2)
MORE munchkins
Small Snack size bag of Fritos.

What on EARTH was wrong with me today???? OK, the oatmeal was not so bad, but everything else was dreadful.

Seriously - seeing it all written out like that grosses me out. As a person who struggled with compulsive eating all through my 20's, I hate to put limitations on myself - I do not do well with diets. They make me crazy, literally. But I really need to do better than THIS.

I think I am still decompressing from the incredibly stressful week I had last week. I'm also totally low energy, which maybe a cause or an effect of this lovely eating I've been doing lately. . .

And I am thinking about getting a degree in NUTRITION??? They wouldn't even let me in the door if they knew!

ETA: The kids ate pretty healthfully today!

My thoughts would be AF. That sounds like one of my days just before her visit except for the diet coke and coffee.
