Evan Michael arrived Wednesday 12/5 at 4:31 PM. He weighted 7 lbs 1/2 oz, and was 20 1/2 inches long. The labor and all went pretty fast for me this time, compared to last time (which was 27 hrs). So, that was a good thing.

I posted this on the PG boards too, but thought I would try here too...

Has anyone had their membranes stripped and it actually worked? I am currently 39 weeks and my Dr did it today. If I heard her correctly, she said IF it is going to work...it will be in the next 2 days or so.

Just curious on the outcome of others.

Not much new to report. Had my appt yesterday. Heartbeat sounds great, but still 1cm dilated like I was at 36 week appt. I know it means nothing, and it is more progress than I was at this time with DS. So...I guess we just wait and see.

Yes, here in Western Mass...we had some snow. Enough that most of the grass is covered and they had to plow the roads!

Like others have said, alot of cryptic blogging today. Is everything ok??

One of my best friends 'B' called me last night, to tell me that her mom has breast cancer!! Considering the size of the tumor, they are thinking at least stage 3 They have to go in next week to see about the lymphnodes and stuff, so....don't really know the complete story yet. I am praying that it hasn't spread that far, but....right now it doesn't look good.

Sending lots of prayers for 'Momma Gail' and 'B'.
