I was wayyy too tired to do my journal last night. What I need to do is type as my day goes(adding on) so I don't forget anyting.
Anyhoo.... my day started REALLY early....6:30. Dylan's inner clock always has him waking at 7:30 but now with the time change he is waking at 6:30. Yawn! He refused breakfast, wanted CANDY. Ohhh, he is soooo stubborn. He wanted a kit kat and a reses. I figure they aren't too bad so I let him have it. I wonder how many other kids had candy for breakfast this morning. LOL! He seems to pretty much be poop potty trained. The veteran moms were right....when they are ready they are ready, no accidents. Since his first poop on the potty, he has done all on the pot!Now to just wait til he is pee trained. He stil has 3-4 wet pull ups a day. No rush. I am happy not to be cleaning poopy diapers anymore.
I got him at daycare eary since we were up so early. I had done my OPK in the morning on two different brands and both were neg. I needed to go to Walmart to pick up some more since I only had two left. As I was getting close to Walmart, I remembered Savers was across the street and today was Monday, 99 cent day so even thought I hadn't been in a couple of weeks cause I was punnishing myself for not getting the stuff I already had on ebay, I went. I was there about 5 mins before they opened. Never been there that early. LOL! Well I knew that when they opened the doors to make a run for the formal gowns first then the coats. Today's color was GREEN.
When they opened the door, I ran to the formal dress section. Usually formal dresses have colored tags but wedding dresses do not. For things that they don't want to be a "sale" thing they put tan colored tags on them.
Wellll...... somebody messed up BAD! I saw a GREEN sticker hanging off a wedding dress. I pulled it down, it is a NWT(price torn off so not sure what was paid for it originally) gorgeous size 14 wedding dress with a beautiful bussle and looooong train. It was marked $179 but I got it for 99 CENTS!!!!
They didn't want to give it to me for 99 cents but they HAD to. I didn't even need to make a fuss. LOL! ALL GREEN TAGS 99 CENTS!
I got about 6 bags full of stuff..... lots of maternity, 3 formal gowns, tons of girls dresses(even x-mas ones) and two long coats for a total of $66.37!!! Now I need to get listing. I will have to start tonight. I need to stick with my plan of listing atleast 5 things a day.
Then off to Walmart. Well they only had two brankds of OPKs, their brand which has a lot to be desited for only $9.99 and the Frist Responce for $18.99. I wanted to see if I could find any cheaper ones so I left without any.
It took soooo much willpower not to go the the Saver's in NB but I was after all in punnishment. LOL! I didn't go. I went home, dropped off my loot, posted on FT a little bit(expecially about my find), and shaved my legs. I also did another 2 OPKs(two different brands) and BOTH were super positive. It was at 12:20. I was always told that hormones are at their highest between 11-2. I called for an IUI appt and got one for 11:15 on Nov. 2nd. I left here around 1 to go to Brockton to pick up my meds at the VA. After that I stopped at McMenomy's. I got clam strips and onion rings. Mmmmm. That was actually my 1st job. Well not at the Belmont one but at the now closed Pleasant one. I think it was Richie's son who waited on me. Boy has he grown into one hunk of a handsome man.
After lunch, I went to get my nails filled and a pedicure. On the way, I called Jen to tell her that the 14th was ok for "A Day Out With Thomas". We talked for a little bit but she had to go. Got my nails done...did french on both. Love that look. Ran to Target to see if they had any $1 wooden cars. They only had a 2 pack(taxi and police car) and some wooden tractors/trucks that you could paint(got 3). While I was in Target, Lisa called. I told her about my OPK and my IUI. She told me that she had her IVF(which prodused Katie) on election day. I hope that this is a good sign.
Picked Dylan up. Came home and put down supper. Dylan had 4 chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, and corn. He kept whining that he wasn't hungry and wanted candy. I told him that if he wasn't hungry then he wasn't hungry for candy either. He then informed me that he was ONLY hungry for candy.
Then after a minute or two he came to tell me that he was done with his food. I told him that that was too fast to eat all that. He insisted he was done and it was gone. When I told him that I was gonna go look and see, he told me not too. I then wondered in my head if he would then try and hide the nuggets on me. After another minute, he informs me that he is done, his chicken is gone, and I can come and see. I go and look KNOWING he did not eat 4 nuggets that quickly. Sure enough they weren't there.....they were on the floor. I picked them up and told him that he needed to eat his supper if he wanted candy.
Again, he tells me he is done. I inform him that if I find them on the floor, he will NOT be getting candy tonight. He assures me that they are not on the floor. I looked a little and spotted them under the table in a shoe box. I told him again...."If I find them and have to pick them up, you will NOT be getting candy." Again he assures me that he ate them. I then said, "Dylan, I can see them. If I pick them up, you will not get candy. Do you want to rethink this?" He desided that he was not gonna win, pick them up and ate all but one. He said that it was dirty.I told him just two more bites of corn and he can have two peices of candy. He did and he got his candy. Why does everything have to be so hard and such a confrontation?
Called Nini and Papa to say good night and I told mom of my awesome find. Bed was at 8 but he didn't fall asleep til almost 9. I was drained and watched the Swan then on TLC they had a lady who had 14 children and had her 15th during the show. Her oldest was 16! They were a very religious couple but SHE is going to be the one to pay for it when she is older. No human should make their body have that many children, IMO. I then went to sleep.

Now to just wait til he is pee trained. He stil has 3-4 wet pull ups a day. No rush. I am happy not to be cleaning poopy diapers anymore.
