Tons of medical issues going on :(

Still no AF. Went to GYN, not sure what the heck is going on
Probably just having a PCOS moment, Yay :/
So anyways, when I went to the GYN I went because for a few months now I have had a constant urge to Pee, no pain involved. He did an inside check and all feels ok, but I still need an U/S to confirm what else is going on. When they took my urine though it was saturated with blood
I don't have my period so he is really perplexed now. 4 possibilities he said at the time.
1) Infection-2 days later culture was negative!
2) Bladder Tumor-That test takes a week to come back-great, just great!
3) Intercystal Cystitis, Basically the lining of my bladder is constantly inflammed, lots of pain usually involved, I don't have any
4) Adhesions-Most likely what is going on-Possible surgery to correct
I didn't tell him though that even though bladder does hurt my back does. I didn't put 2 and 2 together as my back hurts all the time due to the fibromyalgia. Well 2 days later it is still killing me more than normal on the left side.
Went today to retake the urine test as they needed more to send for one more test and I saw the Dr. just by chance. After an exam, he let me know that my urine test from the other day came back with tons of inflammatory cells
After talking it is probably my kidney, not my bladder causing the problems. I have had this left sided pain for over a month now and never figured it out. I am so angry with myself. My urine has been really stinky and I just figured I needed to drink more. I drink at least 3/4 of a gallon a day and it was still stinky Sorry TMI !
So now he told me to take Advil or Aleve to help and use a heating pad and rest.
Well, Advil and Aleve I can't take due to my ulcer *yep, always somethin* from taking too many meds for fibromyalgia.
So I have to just wait until the cancer test comes back and I can have the VCUG (u/s with catheter and dye to see if my kidney is refluxing and not emptying like it should) and a cysto something-an interoffice procedure where they look at the inside of the bladder-sounds like fun to me!
Thanks for listening. I am having huge depression issues because of my pain being a 5-6 all the time unless I am on major meds that make me exhausted. At least I am getting a few hours of sleep a night. I really wish I could sleep more than 2 hours at a time.
Hugs to all and to all a good night

I am sorry you are dealing with so much. I know how hard it is to have Fibromyalgia, and the pain you go through. most drs have no clue as to how it feels. Just walking up the steps can tire my legs.
Can I ask what meds you take for fibromyalgia? my dr just put me on something called sevilla (something like that).
also, the ulcer, is it from the gbs? I have one too, at the beginning of where mine was done. Nexium is what I am taking.

I am taking Ranitidine for my ulcer 150mg twice a day before I take my meds. I am taking 1600mg of Gabapentin to control the nerve pain associated with the fibromyalgia. Instead of Advil I am supposed to be taking Nabumetone 750mg as an anti-inflammatory twice a day. And lastly I take Tramadol 50mg as needed up to 8 a day for nerve pain as well.
How do you deal with pain when it gets so bad you can't move? I have had that happen a couple of times to me lately.
Ugh. I feel so old for being 32
