The Doc and I discussed a bunch of variations to the IVF protocol to maximize egg quality and quantity and implantation rates. The power to the building went out right at the beginning of our discussion so we could not pull up computer files on past cycles. We reviewed the information that we had on paper file as well as some articles I had brought from medical journals. Our appointments are usually 10-15 minutes long. I've been seeing a great RE for the past year, and we've seeing some progress with various treatments. I had to get an ultrasound this morning and had to be seen by a different RE. What a big difference! This woman was extremely rude, blunt, and poorest bedside manner I've ever seen. I came home and felt so defeated... I am new here, and I'm sure that there are many miscarriage blogs already. But here is my story. I got pregnant in July with my first pregnancy.
