    by , 05-15-2013 at 12:17 PM
I just wanted to share that despite being diagnosed with POF and Diminished Ovarian Reserve only FOUR months ago, I got the official BFP!!!!
6 preg tests and several blood tests from the Dr. I can't believe it!

I want to share my blog with those of you who haven't read it, as it goes through all the alternative supplements and treatments I did that completely turned my diagnosis around. In January my FSH was 133, was told I was POST menopausal and was given the Donor Egg speech ...

  2. What Brought Me Here

    by , 05-12-2013 at 09:27 PM
Back in January a specialist told me the only way I could have a child was through In-vitro. Soon after he sent me to the office of his financial advisor for my counseling of the costs included with the procedure. I sat there completely stunned not hearing one word of the thousands of dollars I would need for the entire process. I just couldn’t grasp the idea I couldn’t have my own child. All I could think about was the lifetime I’ve had of dreaming of one day holding my little baby in my arms. ...
  3. Fourth and final IUI cycle then its off to IVF land. I am so scared.

    by , 03-20-2013 at 11:22 AM
We have done 3 previous IUI cycles with no success, the first one however seemed doomed since my hormones were so out of whack. I was able to get pregnant 5 years ago with my daughter doing IUI so I know it can work for me but it just seems like its not taking this time. After this cycle we are considering IVF and we only have enough money to do it once, maybe twice if we get some embryo's to freeze. I am so scared of IVF and don't know what to expect. Any comments are welcome.

I have my first appointment at the Reproductive Center in Canfield, Ohio next week to discuss IVF and take the neccessary steps to get the ball rolling. I'm not real sure what to expect at this first visit. I'm 35yrs old and not getting any younger

  9. Come on AF... hurry up already!!!

    by , 01-28-2013 at 11:55 AM
I've taken the 5 Provera pills and now wait in a not-so-patiently manner for AF to arrive. I've been feeling PMS symptoms so much that I'm going out of my mind here. I've been so irritable with DH and I keep craving junk food :-( Additionally, when I use the restroom, I keep checking just to be disappointed. I feel bloated and irritable and it's just not nice to be me right now...

In the meanwhile, I've contacted the acupuncturist that treated me for IVF #1 via email and let her ...
