I have not had the time or the inclination to blog recently. I have been so busy with the kids and with work and stuff around the house that come night time after the kids go to bed all i want to do is go to sleep as well. The kids are all doing well. E had a great year in preschool and is doing a great job with her reading. She is all ready for Kindergarten next year. She has been out of school for a week and camp starts on Monday and i can't wait. C is getting so big and so loud these days. ...

Boy it has been a while since I blogged anything. E turned 5 on April 9th. I can't believe that she is that old already. It seems like yesterday that I was pregnant with her and we were waiting for her arrival. She had a nice birthday and we had a great time at her birthday party at Build-a-Bear. All the girls got to choose a bear and then stuff them and choose an outfit for them. The girl that did the party was good with the kids. E dressed her bear up as a bride and it was really cute. ...

Co was baptized on April 6th. This was actually his second baptism because we had him baptized back in December when he was in the hospital. While the one in the hospital was very special this one was special in it's own way as well. We usually have several kids baptized at each mass but he was the only one at the 9:00 mass. We have a new priest and he has a new way of baptizing but essentially he takes the baby and raises him above his head and above the alter after the baptism. We called ...

I hope that you had a nice birthday little man. We had a nice day although Ca had 2 meltdowns - one before lunch and another before dinner. I did finally get him to eat some lunch and then he took a good nap and woke up in a good mood but did not survive dinner and ate next to nothing. He had no real interest in opening his presents so E did that for him but he did love his basketball hoop and cozy coupe car that were not wrapped and played with both for a while. I can't believe that you are 2 years old today. It seems like just yesterday that I was laying in the recovery room holding you and calling everyone to let them know that you had been born and were safe and healthy. You are such a sweetheart today and everyday. You are such a mommy's boy, always looking for me and wanting to be near me and I love that you still like to cuddle and be held. May you always be as sweet as you are now. I love you little man.

Things have been so busy that I have not had any time to blog for a while. The kids are all doing pretty well. I can't believe how big CO is getting. He is 4 1/2 months old now and starting to coo and try and roll over. So far he has not been able to roll over yet but he can get onto his side. He still has really bad eczema and the ped told me to try him on hypoallergenic formula so we did try Nutramigen but it did not go well. Yesterday was Caiden's appt with the allergist and it was difficult trying to keep him occupied during the 2 hour appt. The results of the testing that we did yesterday showed that he is severely allergic to cats, dogs and dust mites. He also has a mild allergy to mold. We had him tested because we suspected a milk protein allergy and he is only mildly allergic to milk but has a moderate peanut allergy. He still needs to have bloodwork drawn to see what the levels are for milk and peanuts and ...

I have been so busy since going back to work and have not had time to blog at all. Things are always busy here. Brian and C are sick - both have pink eye and C has had diarrhea for the last 9 days. B took him to the ped today and we are going to try and get him allergy tested in a couple of weeks and see if there is an answer there. When he was on a milk based formula as a baby he has a persistant rash/eczema that finally went away at about 18 months later when we switched him to soy milk. ...

It sure is quiet here. Brian is in NY for K's funeral on Friday and he took Emily with him and that sure cuts down on the noise here. I have to say now that both boys are sleeping I sort of miss her constant talking. I just talked to them and she is having a good time and my MIL's but I hope they put her to sleep soon or she will be miserable tomorrow.
