My dr. Has me on 1000 units of hcg a night to help sustain a pregnancy in case I am PG. The problem is a pregnancy test tests your hcg levels. Monday was 15 days since transfer my hcg level was 118. Wednesday my level was 154. Although it rose, normally every 2 days it should technically double, but since I have primary amnoreah, nothing with me is normal. I have to go again tomorrow for my 3rd pg test to test my levels again? The waiting is KILLING ME!! Not only that I had to hear all about my arch nemesis gave birth to her child today. Someone who just 5 year ago at age 30 wouldn't even hold her niece because drool freaked her out!! Has been divorced for 10 months, and pregnant and remarried for 8 months! Get this she had BOTH HER EX HUSBAND AND NEW HUSBAND AT THE HOSPITAL! Yeah, she's a piece of work! Anyway... I had to put on my fake happy for her look. I also found out she has known all along what I've been going through and I was lied to by everyone including my husband who BTW is his old high school friend of hers and his BFF! We've been married 11 years, been talking about having kids basically for 8 years and have been going through fertility treatments continuously since October 2011. How do you do it? Not knowing is killing me, the 2ww was bad enough, but 3 geez!! I guess we will see what happens tomorrow. Anyone else taking hcg AFTER your transfer?
