... so I'm going to try blogging it out. Five years ago we purchased what was supposed to be our "dream home" and instead it has been our "little house of horrors" as I like to call it. We have a lawsuit against the builder and the municipality and every time things start to heat up I feel physically ill. The phone calls have been fast and furious today. I feel like I'm going to puke, can't concentrate on my work and I really NEED to get some work done.

There is NO easy way out of our situation. We cannot even sell the house in its current condition. We've had real estate agents tell us there's no way they would even list it. To fix it we would need to vacate the house for a good six months and spend 100 to 150K of our own money.

I just want to take my dh and kids and run far, far away. Breathe, just breathe .....
