Thinking of setting up my brother

Have you ever set up one of your friends with a relative? I have this friend at work and she is newly divorced with two young children. She has been dating this past year, but hasn't met anyone she likes particularly. My brother just turned 40 and has never been married. Don't ask me what possessed me, but I suggested seeing if he is interested in meeting her. Is it a mistake?

Personally no, but my Mom set me up with a co worker years ago. We had a nice time together on the only date we went on. We also went on a missions trip together with a group of college students about a year later. It was with a group we both got involved in after our date but not together.

I say ask your brother if he would like to go out and maybe keep her kiddos for the date.

Or even better ask them both over to your home for Thanksgiving for dinner.

Well, I don't think it's a mistake at all.

I met my DH on a blind date - set up by my sister . They worked together.
