Michael's turn to get hurt. I always tell the kids, don't run, you will fall and crack your head. They always laugh. So what do you think happened today?? Actually I don't think M was running, just walking fast and maybe his socks were sweaty b/c he had just taken them off after school. Anyway, I hear SPLAT and then feet scurrying away, then I went into the hall and found a trail of blood. He was now running through the house looking for me with blood running down his face. He got a nasty head laceration and now a huge knot. Lots of blood and exposed flesh I called the ped and they told me to take him to the ER. I got our neighbors to watch the girls, J was on his way to the dentist from work. We "only" spent 2.5 hrs in the ER. He got 5 stitches and is very proud of looking like a pirate. M wanted to know if there was a skull on his head and cross bones.
